Other than charity work, Chiu Yeng is also participating in social affairs and youth activities.

She is a member of the Shenzhen CPPCC Committee, Vice President of Chongqing Overseas Friendship Association, member of the Youth Committee of Chongqing and Shenzhen, and also an active member of the Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, Hong Kong United Youth Association, the Y. Elites Association Limited, and the Centum Charitas Foundation.

She has been invited to be the member of The Committee of Cultural Industries of Government of Macao Special Administrative Region in 2016, at the same year, she has been invited to be one of the featured speakers at the 19th Annual Harvard China Forum.

She was named as one of the “Women to Watch” on the 2016 Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen List and she has been invited to be a speaker at the 2017 Forbes Asia Forum on the “Next Tycoons: A Generation Emerges”.

In 2017, Chiu Yeng has been awarded as the most influential international art celebrity of the year by Net Ease. She has also been crowned as the 17th of the 2015 Top 100 Global Chinese Art Market Man by Yi Dian China and Art Nova 2015 by Art Power100.

Poly Auction Macau Limited – abbreviated: Poly Auction Macau was founded in 2015 by Poly Auction Hong Kong Limited and its partner in Macau, Chiu Yeng Culture Limited. Poly Auction Macau aims to become Macau’s most dynamic auction house and best communicator of art and culture, as well as a leading force in the continuous development of Macau’s cultural industry.


November 2016 Second “Poly Macau Art Auction”
The Second “Poly Macau Art Auction” was held from 23rd to 25th November 2016. As the lots in an eclectic range of sections were carefully selected, including Chinese and Asian Modern and Contemporary Art, Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art as well as Important Jewels and Prestige Collections. Masterpieces of Chinese modern and contemporary art maestros were presented in the section of Chinese and Asian Modern and Contemporary Art. “Snowscape in Beijing”, Wu Guanzhong’s finest in the mid-1970s with era-specific colours and characteristics, sold for HK$35.4 million; “Red Rhythm” by Wu Dayu that first came into the limelight with unique colours and composition, was sold at HK$10.62 million. Masterpieces, such as, “14.11.74” by Zao Wou-ki, “Composition No. 537” and “Vision de nuit” created by Chu Teh-chun for nearly 20 years altogether represented the major development of Chinese contemporary art history, bringing in the splendid sales as well. Nearly 200 lots were sold for HK$170 million at the auction.
January 2016 “Poly Macau Inaugural Art Auction”
  “Poly Macau Inaugural Art Auction”, organised by Poly Auction Macau and Chiu Yeng Culture from 7th to 10th January 2016, presented an array of masterpieces including works by legendary artists such as Chu Teh-chun, Wu Guanzhong, Lin Fengmian and Zhang Daqian, as well as fine pieces from contemporary artists including Takashi Murakami, Ding Yi, Xu Lei, Zhang Enli and Liu Wei. The auction also showcased Buddhist art, Qing Dynasty ceramics and other ancient works of art, as well as a dazzling selection of jewel for around 150 pieces, all art pieces were selected under the principles of “genuine, exquisite and rare”. The Art Auction achieved a remarkable result of HKD 245 million, which broke the average unit price of Hong Kong and Macau auction record.

July 2017 Second “Y Show”
The second “Y Show” took place at Regency Art Hotel from 13th to 16th July 2017. The joint exhibition continuously gained the active participation from five local universities and institutes: University of Macau, Macao Polytechnic Institute, Macau University of Science and Technology, University of Saint Joseph, and City University of Macau; and several overseas exhibitors: Federation of Hong Kong Industries and Design Council of Hong Kong, National Taiwan Normal University, China Academy of Art, Shantou University, Kuwasawa Design School, and Berlin University of the Arts. There were total 113 pieces of works showcased throughout the whole venue including 28 pieces of Product Design works, 13 pieces of Visual Arts works, 23 pieces of Spatial and Architecture Design works, 35 pieces of Visual Communication Design works, and 14 pieces of Digital Media Design works, bringing a fresh and new visual experience. Another key event of the exhibition, the Enterprise Tour, gained support and participation from over a hundred large enterprises, from local and neighbouring areas to attend tours led by professional designers, with the aim to deepen the understanding between enterprises and the younger creators, so as to directly provide a platform and job opportunity for the design graduates.

The second “Y Show” continued to establish the Outstanding Award. An Assessment Committee formed by famous designers from the Asia regions including Mr. Konstantin Bessmertny, Russian artist; Mr. Chen Feibo, Founder of Bob Chen Interior Design Office from Hangzhou; Mr. Henry Chu, Founder and Creative Director of pill & pillow from Hong Kong; Mr. Fang Jianping and Mr. Ding Fan, co-founders of United Design Lab from Beijing; Mr. Jody Xiong, Founder of The Nine from Shanghai; Mr. Mann Lao and Ms. Sabrina Ho Chiu Yeng, Founders of “Y Show”, selected the top ten outstanding art works in the exhibition. The four-day exhibition attracted over 3,500 visitors.

July 2017 “Y Class” Creative Design Courses
“Y Class” is a series of creative design courses mutually conducted by Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Macau and Chiu Yeng Culture Limited, with the key creative support from Chiii Design. The five-day creative design courses took place at the University of Macau from 11th to 15th July, focusing on the design categories: Visual Arts, Spatial Design, Visual Communication Design and Multimedia Design, to enhance students’ critical thinking skills and knowledge about design through academic and practical teaching method. “Y Class” invited design specialists from Asia and Macau to be the class instructors, including Mr. Fortes, Pakeong Sequeira, Contemporary Artist; Mr. Siza Cham, Founder of TCDI; Mr. Nono, Leong Chi Hang, Founder of Chiii Design; and Mr. Casber U, Multimedia Artist. Overseas instructors include Mr. Konstantin Bessmertny, Russian artist; Mr. Chen Feibo, Founder of Bob Chen Interior Design Office; Mr. Henry Chu, Founder and Creative Director of pill & pillow; and Mr. Jody Xiong, Founder of The Nine. “Y Class” aims to promote the education of creative design and cultivate talents to enhance their overall design capabilities and to expedite the promotion of adequate economic diversification in developing the creative industry in Macau. The creative design courses attracted over 60 students.
November 2016 Second “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair”
  The Second “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair” was held from 24th to 27th November 2016, which attracted 39 galleries and art organisation, 60 artists from a total of seven countries and regions – Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, Japan, Myanmar, and Malaysia – to bring their best selected art works. To continue the “Special Project” sector, the Second “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair” collaborated with the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR and the China Academy of Art presenting creative works by young artists to encourage academic interaction. The Second “6075” launched a brand new sector – “Special Discovery” sector – dedicated to one specific form of art. The second “6075” showcased and explore new possibility of photography and video works by emerging artists. Local and overseas art organisations and galleries, and celebrities were also drawn to the fair, providing direct sales opportunities for the artists. The Second “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair” attracted over 2,000 visitors; approximately 500 pieces of art works had been sold out; some of the art organisations had sold out all their art works.
September 2016 First “Y Show”
Chiu Yeng Culture organised the First Macau Art Graduates Joint Exhibition – “Y Show” from 29th September to 2nd October 2016. The event has displayed a collection of art works from local and overseas art graduates and aims to provide an opportunity for graduates to showcase their talents. This is also a platform for young artists to interact and stimulate their innovative ideas, at the same time, the exhibition also offers an opportunity for international large enterprises and designers to discover young potential design talents, and offer a direct job opportunity for fresh graduates. Assist in the building up of international arts and cultural exchange channel to enhance Macau in becoming the Art Capital for young artists.

During the joint exhibition, six seminars were held, and invited the “Y Show” assessment committee Mr. Katsumi Asaba, Mr. Jianping He, and Mr. Fons Matthias Hickmann; “Y Show” Curators Ms. Sabrina Ho Chiu Yeng and Mr. Mann Lao, local and overseas entrepreneurs and famous designers from different industries as seminar guest speakers to share their experience and creation story. The six seminars, which enable design enthusiasts to understand more about creative thinking and design, attracted a total audience number of 500. Also the international assessment committee has selected the top 10 outstanding artworks and honoured these students with the Y Show Outstanding Award to show the recognition and encouragement, and to applaud the young creators for their creativity and encourage them to join the design-related industry. The four-day exhibition has attracted over a hundred enterprises and schools, and a total visitor number of 4,000.

January 2016 First “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair”
The First “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair”, organised by Poly Auction Macau and Chiu Yeng Culture in January 2016, is the first Hotel Art Fair in Macau that brings together 60 young artists born after 1975 from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. By incorporating their works and creative inspirations into the 60 guestrooms of the hotel, each personally designed by Ms. Sabrina Ho Chiu Yeng; they reinvented these living spaces and offered a unique artistic experience for the audience, the first Hotel Art Fair in Macau that focuses on young artists aiming to motivate local arts and cultural development and widen the art vision of young people. The First “6075” facilitated a total of 500 independent art work sales, which promoted cultural affairs and gave opportunities for local artist to showcase their talents.
